My 1st Layer cake

My first baking of layer cake @Brisbane...just the night before I flew back to SYD...it was so challenging..it took me for about 2hours to sit in front of the oven (ToT)...BUT it's so COOL...I could make it..(^o^)..nice layer for amateur...hihihh...

Spaghetiiii...

Spaghetti with anchovies, spinach and mushrooms

Got the recipe from my friend (Christine)...She said to add some veggie like capsicum...but I don't like capsicum..hihihh
So, I substitute with spinach and mushrooms...
It's so easy to cook and taste nice...
I cooked it for my sister and she really like it (^o^)
