My Bro in Law Bday

My 1st Layer cake

My first baking of layer cake @Brisbane...just the night before I flew back to SYD...it was so challenging..it took me for about 2hours to sit in front of the oven (ToT)...BUT it's so COOL...I could make it..(^o^)..nice layer for amateur...hihihh...

MnM Chiffon Cake

We (Mret cc and I) love to bake chiffon cake...
And we would like to have it (with our fave of coffee) for breakie..(^o^)
So, compare the similarities and differences...hihihh
But the main thing is that both the cake and coffee are nice...hahahh

so exciting for the next 2 months...Mret cc and Malcolm will come to my place...(^O^)

It's a new recipe that Mret cc gave me last night..
Its texture is moist...and so nice..

Coz I've been training there for ONE MONTH...
I am so LUCKY to have a research project that I really enjoy...and I don't mind working long extra hours there...(especially this Wednesday is gonna be my FIRST BIG day)...
Also my friends there are so FRIENDLY...so NICE...and of course my supervisors as well (^O^)

Pound Cake

Mret cc and I want to bake this cake on Monday, but I was too tired at that time,
so we cancelled it...Then happened again on Tuesday...
(for mret cc: "I'm so sorry...(^o^)).

And finally...when I bake it last night, Mret cc just realized that
she didn't have any baking powder left :(
hihhih but that's fine, we will do baking together again next time (^o^)...
